K A M G & ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, is the new name of the firm ROY & SEN, Chartered Accountants, which was set up in October, 1977 with head-office in Kolkata as a partnership firm. After rechristening, the head-office of the firm has shifted to Delhi with offices also in the major metro cities, namely Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore.

He has been a rank holder throughout his academic career and has wide ranging experience, particularly in the fields of direct and indirect taxation in multinational companies and top accounting firms, where he has headed the indirect tax function.
He has wide experience in several niche areas like ERP (SAP) implementation of Finance and Sales & Distribution Modules, direct and indirect tax planning, tax reviews etc.
He also has long experience in appearing before tax tribunals (ITAT/CESTAT), rendering legal opinions and briefing senior counsels.
He has also been associated with various Chambers of Commerce as committee member and has long experience in interacting with Central and State Finance Ministries on taxation issues.
He has been a regular speaker in various seminars and has authored various published articles on taxation.
He is a key driver of IND-AS implementation and advisory across a wide spectrum of the firm’s clientele..

He joined several professional firms as a Senior Executive and Manager and acquired varied experience in many areas which, inter-alia, include Statutory Audit, Corporate and Allied Laws, Indian Accounting Standards and SEBI Code Implementation.
He joined KAMG & Associates as a Partner in April, 2018.
He is also engaged in imparting lectures on professional courses at the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI), The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and other institutes.

Brij Kishor Pandit qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015 and Bachelor of Business Studies in 2007.
He worked with a reputed Chartered Accountant firm as a Senior Executive and Manager and acquired varied experience in the areas of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Project Audit, Financial Audit, Depot Audit and Ind AS implementation.
He joined KAMG and Associates as Partner in 2019. He is in charge of Delhi branch.
He has special expertise in the Project Audit, Statutory Audit and Financial Audit of Not-for-profit organisation (NGOs), trusts, charitable and religious institutions.
